Stowmarket Bridges

Commissioned by Suffolk County Council, these two, long, panoramic designs were made to adorn two bridges that spanning the River Gipping at Stowmarket in Suffolk. Made initially as a series of linocuts, the prints were enlarged and sandblasted onto 2.5 meter long concrete  panels. Each panoramic scene commemorates the life and industrial past of the river.
